However, we do accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging

• The security seal/bundle tie must not be cut or removed

• Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery

Eligible Returns:If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 3 days with proof (photos/videos), and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Used or installed hair

• Hair that has been dyed, cut, or altered

• Items without original packaging

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our end.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped promptly.
