Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our end.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent via email or SMS. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order. House of Silk is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. All sales are final unless an incorrect item was received.

Returns & Refunds Policy:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes. However, we do accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions: The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging The security seal/bundle tie must not be cut or removed Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns:

If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 3 days with proof (photos/videos), and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items:

Used or installed hair Hair that has been dyed, cut, or altered Items without original packaging.
